Throughout the summer, staff have opportunities to develop personally and professionally. Our staff say that they learn transferrable skills that prepare them for life and look great on their resume. We are proud to be one of the top Jewish overnight camps in North America with regards to overall staff satisfaction, appreciation, training and feeling supported from start to finish. We value YOU, our staff, and taking care of you is a top priority. Our mantra at CMC is we send people home better versions of themselves. This includes you!
